The Lead

  • Starting Monday, May 18, and ending Friday, May 22, at 11:59 p.m., students will have a final opportunity to choose the pass/fail option for Spring 2020 courses, or, can change back to a letter grade if they previously selected pass/fail. To make changes, students should complete the Spring 2020 COVID-19 Request to Reconsider Pass/Fail Grading Basis Option form. The form can be accessed on CampusNet from the Student Tab by selecting the Grades link and then Spring 20. Complete all requested information on the form, including course details, by no later than Friday, May 22, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 17, 2020, will be the final day to apply for a Lift Up Vikes! Emergency Grant for the Spring 2020 semester. The application can be found on CampusNet through a link at the top of the page when students log in.  Applications will reopen for students registered for Summer 2020 on May 26, 2020, after the drop/add period has ended for the first summer session.

For Spring 2020 Graduates

  • All Spring 2020 graduates have received an email from StageClip, CSU’s virtual commencement provider, asking them to upload content to create an individualized “grad slide” for the Virtual Commencement on May 30. Two reminder emails will be sent and the deadline for submitting content will be May 23. Graduates who do not submit content will still be included in the event with a grad slide that lists their name and degree. More information about the virtual commencement will be shared with graduates and the broader campus community in coming days.
